The Opportunity
Are you a Settlements professional looking for their next challenge? We have a Settlements Officer role with a leading Insurance company based in the Sydney CBD, with 3 days working from home flexibility. 

The Challenge
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all our banking is processed each day.
• Process refunds when required.
• Can liaise with our Sales and Customer Support Teams.
• Ensure all Bank transactions are cleared each day.
• Monitor our suspense account and ensure all items are cleared in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations.
• Be able to review and create sound procedural documentation as required.
• Eventually will train across other functions in the Finance Team, including AP, EOM Reconciliations and Reporting among other tasks. The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 4-5+ years of settlements experience 
• Excellent communication skills 
• A collaborative team player who supports and assists colleagues
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Permanent residency or Aus/NZ citizenship
