The Opportunity

Due to the businesses ongoing success, the senior finance team are looking for an experienced FP&A professional. 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a top performing company that have a high-quality finance team. While working with an impressive leadership team, you will play an integral role in driving the FP&A function and supporting the business with a multitude of interesting projects.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this position plays a key role in supporting various divisions across the business, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and presentation of the monthly management reporting pack for the leadership team;
• Performance reporting;
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives;
• Provide ongoing support to the functional teams in their delivery of strategic imperatives
• Management of the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, involving partnering with cross functional finance and non-finance executives;
• Supporting senior management with in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers including customer analysis and cost reviews;
• Ensure quality balance sheet reconciliations are prepared in an accurate and timely manner;
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.

The Expertise

• You have extensive management reporting experience and excellent analytical skills
