The Opportunity
Our client is a well renowned building systems business that has been operating for over 30 years and continues to grow its international presence across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. 
Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role will provide the successful candidate with exposure across a broad range of accounting functions, playing a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, financial control, and process improvement.

The Challenge

Reporting to the CFO, responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Acting as ERP (NetSuite) system administrator and supporting wider business projects
• Assisting CFO with P&L analysis, month-end close, budgeting, and year-end audit processes
• Ownership of bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Management of intercompany loan accounts and fixed asset register
• Preparation of BAS and FBT returns, as well as monthly journals and cashflow management
• Supporting accounts payable including supplier payments, overseas transfers, and creditor management
• Driving reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the CFO and wider team

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you bring the following:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial/management accounting role, ideally in a multi-entity environment
• Proven NetSuite experience 
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
