The Opportunity
A well-regarded organisation with significant community impact is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role offers broad exposure across financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and process improvement.

The Challenge
As FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate operational performance into meaningful financial insights that drive decision-making
- Preparing management reports and commentary that highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis
- Monitoring performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending actions
- Assisting with the design and delivery of improved reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/CA qualification (or working towards)
- 1–2 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting or business partnering
- Strong financial modelling and reporting skills, with advanced Excel capability
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
