The Opportunity
  
This is a key leadership role within a growing property development business, offering the chance to take ownership of the finance function and play an active role in shaping the company’s future success.

With a strong development pipeline and ambitious growth plans, you will work closely with the Managing Director and senior team, this position plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and strengthening financial performance.
  
The Challenge
  
As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial management, reporting, and cash flow.
• Providing insights and advice to guide strategic decisions.
• Managing banking, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Driving improvements in systems, processes, and controls.
• Leading and developing a small finance team.

The Expertise
  
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

• CA/CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in a senior finance role, ideally in property or construction (or related industries).
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
