Transformation Specialist
- 18-month contract | Up to $180,000 package

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Transformation Business Partner to join a high-performing, ASX listed business embarking on a significant transformation and growth journey. Reporting directly to the VP Global Transformation this newly created eighteen-month contract will play a pivotal role in driving critical projects that will shape the Group’s performance and future direction.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity for an ambitious finance and transformation professional to partner closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and embedding process improvements across the organisation.
The Challenge
Working closely with the CFO and broader leadership team, this role will focus on delivering several high-value initiatives across finance and strategy, including:
- Monitor initiatives that have been identified through the transformation project.
- Perform financial analysis on initiatives
- Provide analytical capability to business unit teams.
- Reconcile initiatives identified through the transformation to budgets and forecasts
- Reconcile actual results from initiatives to the business unit results
- Collaborate with finance and relevant stakeholders to monitor and manage costs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Manage selected change management initiatives associated with broader organizational transformations across different cultural and regional contexts.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of enablement programs on business transformation globally.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of organizational changes across diverse regions and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reporting for the Board and Executive team on transformation program progress
- Prepare reporting for the investor relations team on the transformation for reporting to the external market
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will be CA qualified, with strong foundational experience from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory environment (ideally within Transactions or Consulting), combined with proven experience driving finance and business transformation initiatives within complex, growth-focused organisations.
You will bring:
- CA or CPA Qualified
- 7+ years’ experience across finance transformation, strategy or corporate finance
- Proven financial modelling and analytical capability with commercial insight
- Demonstrated success leading change at Group or divisional level
- A self-starter mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
